Being a mother of two, Emily strongly believes in right brain training for her two preschoolers and infant. She has observed her two children, whom she exposed to professional right brain training since infancy, excel academically and develop strong logical thinking skills. Additionally, one excels in sports while the other shows talent and interest in art.

Emily took a career switch when her second child was born, fully committing herself to bringing quality, professional, and holistic right brain training of international standards to the local community. With 15 years of teaching experience, Emily leverages her extensive background in education to enhance her right brain training programs. Her deep understanding of child development and educational methods allows her to provide a well-rounded approach that supports both cognitive and creative growth in children. This combination of personal experience and professional expertise ensures that her training programs are both effective and enriching for her students.

Together with Kids Code Castle’s team of professional early childhood and educators for young children and using world-renowned right brain training methodology, Pun fine-tuned Kids Code Castle’s programs. She incorporated her 15 years of experience in kindergartens and nursery into our specially designed programs, geared to enhance children’s learning through play experiences and bring out the best in each child!

Pun is regarded among parents as a highly experienced, knowledgeable, and caring teacher who puts children's development as her top priority. Many parents seek her valuable advice on dealing with their young children. Pun's goal is to share her expertise with as many parents as possible and create awareness in the local community about the importance of professional right brain training from a young age. She believes that “Young children need to experience a sense of success and accomplishment that is truly their own, not something that is provided by their parents or teachers.”

With over 10 years of experience in the education field, Sharmila has come to recognize the vital role early childhood education plays in developing children's confidence, learning skills, concentration, and other key areas of growth.

Her passion for teaching stems from a deep love for working with young children and witnessing their development. Observing their imaginative play and curious minds in action reinforces her belief that life is too short to stress over trivial matters. The innocence and eagerness of children to learn and explore everything around them make teaching incredibly fulfilling.

Driven by a simple yet profound vision, Sharmila decided to transition into early childhood education and connect with Kidscodecastle’s concept. She believes that the our methodology, "Learn through FUN," aligns perfectly with her approach, allowing her to support children in reaching their full potential while ensuring a joyful and stress-free learning environment.
